Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we make in Idaho. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Item must be unassembled and uninstalled
- All original packaging, hardware, and components must be included
- Item must not show any signs of use, shooting, or outdoor exposure
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been:
- Shot or impacted by any projectile
- Assembled, installed, or used outdoors
- Modified in any way
- Returned without original packaging
Note: Once a steel target has been shot, it cannot be returned for safety and liability reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at gunsgongcrazy@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
