Ranges depend on distance from Glenns Ferry, Idaho. Every product page has a ZIP estimator that gives you the exact figure, and it is the same number checkout will show. Lower 48 only right now; email us about Alaska, Hawaii and territories.

Depending on your zone. Tracking is emailed when it leaves.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph it and email within 7 days. We deal with the carrier, not you.
Unused, original packaging
Items that have not been shot, mounted or modified can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping on a 52 lb system is not cheap, so please use the ZIP estimator and the spec tables before ordering · and email us if you are unsure which system fits how you shoot. We would rather answer a question than process a return.
A shot target cannot be returned. That is not us being difficult. Used steel is not resellable, and you would not want someone else’s.
